The local grocery carries beer, just grab that and do carry out
Delicious pizza, quick friendly service.
Very bland tasteless pizza, service was a bit awkward, very dirty establishment. I had little gnat bugs crawling on my table.
Now this is a great pie. I've had it a few times over the yrs she. O go to moab. Def worth a stop in and grab one. The pie is great and the staff is friendly. The toppings are great. They have a outdoor porch area that's nice in the spring summer and fall.. haven't been in the winter yet. Maybe this next yr ill go.
Great pizza and turnovers! Homemade crust is excellent.
Our large family had a wonderful experience here! Great pizza, clean restrooms and establishment and the friendliest workers. We are so glad this is where we chose to eat while we were in town.
Pizza is super delicious and they're friendly with home style cooking
Great pizza, they make it fresh right in front of you, better than any pizza place in moab.very small town feel.
Great Pizza..very friendly
The staff was very friendly and gave tips on where to go locally. The place was clean and had outdoor seating. They were willing to make the sandwiches however we wanted them, and they serve them cold or hot. Sadly, my family and I didn't enjoy the food. It might just be us because the place was recommended to us by a local in Ridgway CO (which is not close) who's been going there for years, and the restaurant owner said they've been there for 30 years. So they must be doing something right.
The nicest staff ever! Fresh ingredients and made to order pizza equals exceptional food. My favorite pizza establishment in the country ! Highly recommend!
Great pizza. I'd be happy to eat there again!
Exactly what I was expecting from a small town pizza place. But then they exceeded those expectations. A little bit too much cheese for me, but the crust was perfect, sauce was great, and they make their own Italian dressing! I was expecting the classic yellowy color Italian, but it was closer to a balsamic vinegarette with Italian seasonings and it was delicious! Service was great and they were super friendly. It was a nice treat after a long trail run!
This is a small sit-down restaurant with friendly service and not too long a wait. The pizza was great! It had so much cheese that many of the toppings were hidden underneath and the cheese stretched like I've only seen in commercials! (Check out my photo of it.) My favorite part though was the apple turnover!! It was incredibly flaky, light and crispy, and had just the right level of sweetness. The only thing that I could say I didn't care for was the mozzarella breadsticks because they were too salty (probably garlic salt?). But my husband likes them that way. So it's really a matter of personal preference on that. I would definitely recommend trying this place out and will likely go there again myself the next time I pass through.
Good pizza, nice staff, and don't miss Pioneer Park next door.
Fun, clean restrooms, great soup and salad. Pizza is wonderful.
Bomb dot com I'd go there again. A little slow on making the food but well worth the wait
Food is good in a town of not much to choose from.Had to wait a really long time for a small pizza. Good luck. Not many places you can get pizza or tacos.
Very good pizzas, green salad, and turnovers (apple and cherry). Small town pizza place. Young people learning new job -friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices.
Really good pizza. Takes a minute to cook. Not Super filling pizza (pretty thin crust) so I ended up wanting moor than I thought I would but I was definitely delicious!
Great pizza, nice staff.
We waited on our pizza for an hour and a half before leaving with no pizza. The water pitchers that they brought to us were warm, with no ice at all. Very unhappy with the service I received, and felt forgotten the whole time. P.s. if you come, check in the back, my skeleton may still be there due to the long wait.
Good pizza good people
Fantastic pizza at reasonable prices makes this a great place, but it may be extremely busy with long wait times on weekends.
Made to order pizzas in all sizes, from small personal to larger size. If you Luke lots of cheese on top, you will like this place. Since they are made to order, it takes time, be patient. Pizzas are cooked twice: hand tossed dough, sauce, meat > oven, then generous amounts of cheese, toppings > oven = hot pizza with perfectly cooked toppings. I prefer a darker crust with blisters, this is not that kind of crust, but very tasty indeed.
Just passing threw on a road trip and the kids wanted pizza found this little shop. definitely going to have to remember and stop here again sometime. Great pizza, reasonable prices and nice atmosphere.
Every good.
I’m in Monticello every year for one week ever sense I was 5 and I go to wagon wheel at least 3 times out of the week. Pizza is great customer service is great friendly staff. Keep up the great work and great pizza
Pizza was good, people were awesome. Gave me no problems with my service dog.
Friendly service and good food. Friendly stop passing through town.
Best Pizza Ever! Prompt, friendly service. Food was brought out piping hot, just the way it should be! Order one size bigger than what you think you want... trust me your going to want another slice.
Pizza was decent for getting there when they were about to close
Best pizza ever!
Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. And staff super friendly!
Always great when you dont have to wait for drinks
We came in on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered a couple of large pizzas. The service was prompt and friendly and the pizzas were good. The crust in particular was delicious. The only bad thing was that we were overcharged for our meal- $35 for two large pizzas and one small soft drink.
Great veggie pizza with cheese that stretches as far as you can pull it. Nice folks running it. The crust is good- such a nice break from cookie cutter pizza joints
Let me say this people. BEST DANG PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! That statement is NO BULL!!! I have had pizza in NY,MD,TX,NC,UT and CO and nothing beats this pizza! The Meat Lovers pizza is like a carnival of meat flavors in your mouth!!!! The Mexican pizza is to die for!! I have had many different pizza’s from this place and all are good, and they can build a pizza to your specifications with their available toppings. The owner of this place has been doing this for over 30 years and she has it down to a science. There is a secret to this pizza that I will not divulge, Suzie can tell you when you dine or get carry out from her. They also have other Italian delights available, such as calzones for example, to choose from, but 99% of the time, pizza is my preferred culinary choice. Monticello is a small town, so don’t blink when you pass through, you do not want to pass WAGONWHEEL, if your visiting, or passing through this little gem in Southeastern Utah!! Godero people!!!!!
Great atmosphere, good food and very friendly place
Was camping in Monticello and went into town for dinner one night. There are maybe 4 dining options in town and this is one of them. For a tiny little town, this is good pizza! We had to wait a bit for them to make as they had to make a huge take out order, but it wasn't a big deal. I would return here.
This is a hidden gem if you’re driving through. We popped in to grab a quick slice but found out they don’t do their pizza by the slice, INSTEAD—they have a PIZZA POCKET which is HANDS DOWN better then a slice! Thank you to the owner for the warm welcome and suggestion. If you love to support LOCAL then THIS IS THE PLACE!
Pizza was delicious. The place itself is like a small town bar and a Mom and Pop diner were mashed together. It's truly a great place to eat.
Nice friendly place. Great pie. Interesting stuff in back of building. With going.
The pizza was delicious. The crust was made in house and it was obvious from the first bite. A perfect ratio of toppings and sauce!
Very Friendly Service and Great Tasting Pizzas!!! Back a month later and the Pizza and Service are still Excellent! If you are headed North or South on US 191 thru Monticello, Utah, take a break and enjoy the Pizza and relaxing environment!
Nice place. I was able to watch them make the pizza.
Great place! Food is super delicious!
We definitely are not in Texas anymore. I was very disappointed with the food, pizza and they took a long time to make it. Will not return
I waited over an hour and a half for 2 large pizzas that never showed up, I never did receive my pizzas because I finally decided I no longer wanted to waste my time and left. Keep driving, you can be to Moab before your warm pitcher of water gets to your table.
Been coming here for years! It’s a must go to in Monticello!
Decent enough pizza for a small town like Monticello. It is a bit expensive given the quality (some of the best places in the state charge $3-$4 less a pie) but of the two pizza places in the small town Wagon Wheel is the best and it isn’t really close.
